Our human resource includes over 400 agents, operators, supervisory, engineering and quality control staff. The staffs have hands on experience in executing BPO assignments within a stringent quality control milieu.

The hardware resources currently comprise of over 170 Workstations, LANs and high resolution microfilm/fiche readers, with all necessary peripherals, hi-speed connectivity etc. We strongly believe that resource is the key area that makes the difference between mediocrity and excellence.
